Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all work carried out by Highland Facilities Services.
Quotations
Quotes are based on the information supplied and remain valid for 30 days. If the volume or type of waste differs materially on arrival, we will confirm a revised price before starting.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed by email or text. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can reallocate the slot.
Access and site conditions
The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal access and any required parking permits. Delays caused by access issues may incur a waiting charge.
Prohibited items
We cannot remove asbestos, clinical, chemical or hazardous waste without prior written agreement. Please tell us in advance if such items may be present.
Payment
Domestic work is payable on completion. Approved commercial accounts are invoiced on 30-day terms.
Liability
We hold full public liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the work being completed.
